Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tonix Social Manager accesses, uses, stores, and shares information received through Google and YouTube APIs. The service is a private tool for workflows associated with the TonixTV YouTube channel. This public website has no login, analytics, or advertising, and it does not set cookies.
Information we may access
Tonix Social Manager requests exactly these two YouTube OAuth scopes:
youtube.upload— used only to upload an owner-approved video to the TonixTV channel. The current workflow creates uploads as private and includes the approved title, description, tags, category, audience setting, and optional scheduled publication time.youtube.readonly— used only to confirm that the authorized account controls the configured TonixTV channel and to read the title, description, privacy status, scheduled publication time, upload status, and processing status of a specific uploaded video.
The application also stores the OAuth refresh token needed to maintain the authorized connection and the configured YouTube channel ID. It does not request access to Google profile data, email, YouTube Analytics, comments, subscriptions, playlists, or partner data.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to confirm the authorized TonixTV channel, upload a video after approval from the channel owner, and verify that upload's processing and publication state. It is not used for advertising, audience profiling, or training generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and security
When authorization is enabled, OAuth tokens and necessary workflow data are kept in access-controlled server-side systems and are not placed in this website, browser code, or a public repository. Data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the authorized workflow, meet legal obligations, or resolve security and operational issues.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except with service providers when necessary to operate the requested feature, to protect users and the service, or when required by law. Service providers may use the data only to deliver the contracted service and must protect it appropriately.
Google API Limited Use
Tonix Social Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and revoking access
You can review or revoke Tonix Social Manager's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically delete records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
